Ideal for green roofs, planter boxes, retaining walls and roof decks, it ensures long-term structural stability while enhancing thermal and acoustic performance in built environments.
VersiTank® is a modular, load-bearing drainage system engineered for at-source stormwater attenuation and infiltration. Designed as a smarter alternative to aggregate sub-base, it creates an interconnected platform suitable for both trafficable and non-trafficable areas—including plaza decks, landscape roofs, sports fields, and carparks. Its high void structure allows rainwater to be captured, stored and reused, while mitigating runoff and reducing strain on municipal drainage systems. For added flexibility, VersiTank® modules can be stacked to form depths of up to 4-1/2” (165 mm), meeting diverse project requirements.
